ACCOUNTANT

QUALITY ENGINEER
"Join our team as a Quality Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the steel metal fabrication industry! As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in our manufacturing processes. Your role involves conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with production teams to identify and address any deviations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished steel products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistent product quality throughout the fabrication process. Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify any quality issues, providing timely feedback and solutions. Utilize testing equipment and methodologies to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and ensure product integrity. Document and maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions taken. Stay abreast of industry standards, technological advancements, and best practices to continuously improve the quality control process. Participate in the development and revision of quality control procedures and protocols. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the steel metal fabrication industry. In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes and familiarity with relevant industry standards. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, including non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Certification in quality control or related field is a plus. As an ITI Fitter you will play a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of our fabricated products. Your responsibilities will include interpreting engineering drawings, setting up and operating various sheet metal fabrication machinery, and assembling components with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborating closely with the production team, you'll contribute to the manufacturing process by performing accurate measurements, cutting, shaping, and fitting metal pieces. Your expertise in using hand tools and machinery, along with a keen understanding of sheet metal work, will be essential in maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and meeting project specifications.
